ITM Maestro Student Showcase
Our Theatresports Players!
Our Maestro™ Showcase!
TCS has a weekly improv workshop taught by TCS Director Chris Wells in which people from all walks of life can learn how to tell stories through the techniques of improvisation. Along the way they learn about positivity, how to interact better with others, and how to really listen in a conversation with a small woodland creature armed with a machine gun.
But the workshop doesn't stop there! Several times a year improvisors battle it out for your applause at Our Space in Hatagaya.
Maestro™ is a competitive format in good fun invented by Keith Johnstone at the Loose Moose Theatre. Improvisors are thrown together at random for each scene, which is scored by the audience from 1 to 5. At the end of the night, a Maestro is declared based on players' cumulative scores. But really, everyone's a winner at the end of the show, because we'll all have had a great time!
If you're hungry, you can pitch in to order pizza to be delivered after the show, when everyone relaxes with the performers and Our Space becomes a lounge.
Just ¥500 yen!
Doors open at 8pm, show starts at 8:30.
